Leveraging off a strong franchise network, this role is offering an opportunity for an established Gardener to add value with an operational slant. Whilst still being ''on the tools'' this role will see you connecting at a business level, with client engagement – being a conduit between the field and headquarters. In this role, your days will be filled with a variety of tasks, from keeping lawns lush, hedges/line trimmed, tree pruning, and maintaining vibrant gardens. You will enjoy leading by example and ensure every project is completed to the highest standard. To be a great fit, you''ll ideally have experience as a Senior Gardener. A keen eye for detail is essential, along with a love for plants and the knowledge to keep them thriving. You''ll also be comfortable operating and maintaining various lawn mowing andamp; garden care tools. More importantly, you''ll be a great communicator! Being able to connect with clients and understand their vision is key, and you''ll enjoy collaborating with your fellow team members to bring those visions to life. Lawn mowing, trimming, Hedging and pruning gardens: You are responsible for maintaining a garden, park, or any other green space. Whether you work in a public park or private residence, your job involves cutting overgrown grass to ensure it looks well maintained. Demonstrate best practices in equipment use, maintenance and servicing for high quality and efficiency is another key area. Maintaining the Green Spaces: You oversee maintenance tasks on green spaces to ensure they retain their aesthetic appeal. Some ground maintenance tasks include cleaning and weeding gardens. Irrigating gardens: Plants need adequate water supply to grow and look healthy. Your job is to ensure the plants and flowers have sufficient water to remain healthy. If the plants require regular irrigation, you manage the irrigation systems to ensure the plants receive enough water. Application of fertilizer andamp; weed: Plants require organic or chemical fertilizer to grow and remain healthy. Marketing and Brochure Dropping: You need plan and execute brochure distribution campaigns in targeted neighbourhoods to increase brand visibility and lead generation. You will also coordinate with the marketing team to ensure materials are up-to-date, appealing, and effectively communicate service offerings. Help our local lawn andamp; garden care franchisees: You''ll assist our franchise owners with sharing your knowledge with new franchisees and employees, jump in and provide lawn mowing and maintenance services. In some areas, we may not yet have a dedicated lawn care specialist. That''s where you step in, making sure no opportunity is missed. Requirements and skills 3+ years of proven prior experience in similar industry/role Ability to operate industry related equipment (mowing, hedge/line trimming, tree Pruning, ride On) Familiarity with landscaping design Extensive knowledge of regional plant life Knowledge of local pests and how to eliminate them Knowledge of synthetic and natural fertilizers Excellent communication skills Ability and desire to grow business and liaise with new clients.
